Check out these tasty, alternative side dishes that may give your favorite recipes a run for their money.

Cauliflower Stuffing - We know every family has their own stuffing recipe that cannot be changed. But, if this is the year to change things up, this is the way to do it! Swap out the bread (or cornbread) for cauliflower and the health conscious among you will be proud.

Creamy Roasted Pumpkin Soup - Use canned pumpkin or fresh roasted pumpkin to create this delicious fall season pumpkin soup.

Roasted Carrots with Farro, Chickpeas & Herbed Crème Fraîche - This is the most beautiful side dish ever! You can make everyone jealous of your feast with just a photo of this dish.
