Norpro Oil Mister
Here we have another tool you didn’t know you needed: an oil mister. Oil misters offer a refillable, additive-free alternative to aerosol cooking sprays while preventing you from accidentally dumping oil everywhere. The Norpro Stainless Steel Mister, our personal favorite, allows you to control the amount of oil you use in your cooking!
This sprayer dispenses oil gradually and evenly, giving you more control over the flavor of your food. You can use it with any liquid cooking oil as a healthy alternative to cooking sprays or infuse garlic, cloves, herbs or spices into your oils for extra flavor. The Norpro Mister’s design looks great in the kitchen, is easy to clean, and you can easily see what level your oil is at so you know when to refill it.
The sprayer works by filling it with the oil of your choice, pumping the handle, and then holding down the nozzle for a continuous spray. No more over-spraying for you; 4 to 5 pumps gets the job done and easily coats a 12” skillet or muffin tin with pressure to spare.
