Straight from the Heart of Dixie

Our newest chef partner, Jim Smith, is the Executive Chef for the State of Alabama (think Governor's Mansion) and  Chairman of the Alabama Seafood Marketing Commission. Most recently, Chef Smith competed on Bravo TV's popular cooking competition show, Top Chef, finishing in the top ten and becoming a fan favorite. 

Having grown up in Alabama, Chef Smith promotes local producers, farmers markets and events that support Alabama food products. Home town boy doing good!

Chef Smith handpicked a sampling of some of his favorite local products that he uses regularly to share with you. Now that's what we call southern hospitality.
