Welcome to Our New Website
We have changed the platform underlying our web site to better serve our customers. Existing customers can log into their accounts in the upper right (or via the hamburger menu on mobile) using the same e-mail address from the previous platform. You will need to indicate that you "forgot your password" to regain access to your account. Only active customers have been migrated to the new platform, so if you did not have an active subscription as of October, 2023, you will be considered a new customer and need to create a new account when you make a new purchase.
The new site has a much improved customer portal which should make subscription management easier (changing addresses, pausing and cancelling subscriptions, etc.) Moving to a new platform is a huge undertaking so some areas of the site will be evolving over the next several weeks and months. We will create a new FAQ page that is specific to navigating the new site. We anticipate some minor bumps along the way but ultimately we believe that the new platform will greatly improve your customer experience.
